Arrange for a DHL courier to collect express shipments at a time that suits you - DHL delivers worldwide according to your service needs.

The standard DHL Express service includes collection from your door and delivery directly to your destination address.

To arrange a courier collection, please call DHL Express Customer Services on 1890 725 725, where you will be given a booking reference and approximate collection time. In order to receive a rate quote, please have the shipment weight and destination postcode ready to assist the operator.

If you are an account holder you may also use DHL SpeedBooking - an automated telephone service accessible on 1890 725 725
Collections are made on normal working days only and are generally between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00
If you require a collection from a domestic address please ensure that there will be someone present at the time arranged
You may also bring your shipment to one of our Service Points
