Monitor Shipments with DHL ProView

DHL ProView is an online express tracking service, offering real-time shipment monitoring and automatic notifications via email or text for all of your express collections and deliveries.

What is DHL ProView?

DHL ProView is our web-based tracking service for DHL Express account holders that provides automatic notifications to you and anyone you specify - via email or text message - when shipments are picked up, delivered and more.
This means you're always in the know, whether you're in the office or on the go. And best of all, it provides the shipment information you need to keep your customers and colleagues up to date and in the loop – or free!

Faster access to shipment information

  • Monitor your shipments using your account number - in real-time!
  • Sort and filter shipments by waybill number, status (picked up, delivered, etc), shipment date and much more
  • Use with all your DHL Express account numbers and associated shipments
  • View or download shipment and status information for up to 2,000 account numbers

Notification the way you want it

  • Receive real-time notifications via email or SMS text messaging
  • Choose when, how and which notifications are sent and who receives them
  • Create notifications by waybill, contact and tracking events

Before you start using the shipment monitoring features of DHL ProView, you need to:
  • Have a DHL Express account number
  • Be sure you have all your account numbers (if you have multiple accounts) that you want to monitor
  • Contact your DHL account manager to request a PIN for each account number
Your PIN will let you and only you activate your DHL accounts in ProView. If you use several DHL Express accounts, you will need to request a PIN for each account.

  • Upon receipt of your PIN, activate your account by registering with DHLProView
Please ensure you have a PIN per account before registering so that you are able to successfully complete your registration process.

DHL ProView monitors shipments in the DHL Express network by account numbers. For ProView to manage your shipments, you need to enter the account numbers you want to monitor and receive notifications for in ProView.
This is to ensure we provide a flexible yet secure tool for our customers. Once you have received the PINs for your account numbers, you can set up as many DHL ProView users as your company needs. This way, the PINs ensure that only you can register your account numbers with DHL ProView.
PINs will remain valid for only six months for inactivated accounts. If you have not activated your account in ProView within that time, you will need to request a new PIN.
Yes! DHL ProView is a great way to monitor shipments for your DHL Import Express account number. ProView works with your Import Express account and provides additional and early visibility of shipment movements.
